Hence – finding the right combination of digital channels for your online marketing activities is key. However I dare say that your target audience online habits will play’s a big part in the process of selecting what works for you. For a luxury brand I’m not quite so certain that comparison shopping engines have the same impact on someones purchase – and if this would influence customers already regularly shopping online from a store, to make switch.

A better landing and holding page for my book in progress. This is it, now I will focusing on finishing it, rather then playing around in Photoshop and pulling my hair with Dreamweaver 4.  I’ll save that for another day

I don’t own a TV, I don’t listen to radio, I don’t read “newspapers” either. Especially not Aftonbladet nor Expressen (the two “major” newspapers in Sweden), since that is more people bashing crap then news. So what do I do? I avoid so called mainstream news sources, I rarely buy any books anymore (paper one’s at least) and I aim to create my own world, around positivity, knowledge and self-development:

YouTube – contrary to the mainstream (in Sweden at least) I don’t use YouTube as something to waste away my previous life watching kittens riding turtles in circles around in a room.  I use it to learn new things, like watching tutorials on SpryAssets, or how to learn new tricks in Photoshop. There’s always another geek out there, sharing. And I use YouTube for learning how to apply eyeshadow, catch-up on my favorite vloggers channels and my fav SELF-MADE comedians. Whilst living in the UK, I used to watch Channel 4OD – yepp that’s right, one of the major networks in the UK, posts shows on YouTube. Smart.

WikiPedia – if there is something I don’t know. Then that would be my fist place to look it up.

Twitter – I connect with others, with similar interests, amd the only channel where I can truly combine all my interests from veganism, health, fashion, marketing to digital industry news. Whilst managing to get me in touch with so many new interesting & inspiring  people.

WordPress – a great tool for publishing and creating your own world on the internet. I spend a lot of my time building, fixing, publishing and creating in WordPress.

Facebook – catching up with friends, which I have on all corners of the globe. But not so much more.

Pinterest – pictures is my big addiction, this is such an addictive time consuming yet magical place. Watching all the beautiful content people create and post on the internet. I love it. And it’s a great source to get your own photos, illustrations, tutorials etc out there. Pinterest is now one of the major sources of referral traffic to my websites.

Google – certainly is a big part of my world and a tool for me to create, manage and find new things. From being part of managing websites to projects.

GrooveShark – bye, bye Spotify. I went over to the dark side as soon as I had to start paying for listening to their radiostations. Wherever iTunes are blocked I hook up to GrooveShark an my day gets better.

iTunes – for radio, I listen to obscure 1920′s channels, classical compositions to dark industrial tunes, from all over the globe. It helps me discover new music.

LinkedIn – I don’t hang here so much, however, a neat way to keep in touch with old colleges, build your network and access new pieces of information.

Polyvore – this is so awesome since I can create small collages of shoes AND bags! and everything pretty. Love it! The only part of my world where I can afford Alexander McQeen & Vivienne Westwood

Instagram – everything that allows me to watch photos, feeds my image addiction. Istagram does just that but more, since it enables me to connect with new people from all over.

SlideShare – a great source of learning material, as well as a great source to share your own knowledge. I use this as a trial for my sample chapters for my eBook and edit the material.

So there you go, I don’t really have any time for TV or reading papers slagging off celebs and general people. I’m to busy learning, creating and connecting online

The movie has about 6:47 minutes in total of Orlando Bloom in it. Which makes the remaining 103:53 minutes quite unbearable. So if you want to look at a dapper and handsome Orlando Bloom with a husky voice for about 6:47 minutes, I would advice on fast forwarding the scenes where he is not included to avoid the predictable lines and general silliness of the rest of the movie and characters. Or just stare at the image below for about 6:47 minutes, it will be a much more pleasant experience.
