That is the story of how I ended up on a roof terrace office this week, shaking my ass to some tunes at Lunch Beat Goteborg with Sarah;

• Emilie Autumn – a delightful performance on stage of wayward Victorian girl mayhem.I’ve had cupcakes and cookies thrown at me and tried to stay away from having tea thrown in my face.

• Red wine at two a clock in the afternoon on a Wednesday brings out the European in me with now American friends. Good friends and good wine, makes a good life. Careful scientific observation brings back cocktail hour at 2.

• I’ve made 48 vegan cupcakes in one day, prepared two batches of homemade tomato sauce for pizza and topped it all off with some making of homemade Baba Ganough and then a batch of rawbars. Nom. Nom. Nom.

• Spent most part of the weekend hanging out with my computer, writing on my book. An truly awesome feeling when it all incredibly start to take shape somewhere else then in my minds eye.

• The motivation for finishing my book and taking my AdWords certificate arrived from Amazon during the week. However I was naughty and managed to read the Paul Arden book on Saturday evening.

Gaining weight, looking puffy and feeling un-energized is not a natural state of existence for human beings, or any beings at all for that matter. Hungry for change educates and MOTIVATES you to kick out the shitty so called food with no nutritional value, laced with chemicals and sugar and replace it with healthy green vegetables or organic heirloom alternatives.

Not convinced? here are some fun facts of what the average person eats every day:

• This is a image of what MSG does to rats, and inevitably to humans too. MSG is found in most processed food, or simple staples such as bullion, spices, pasta sauces etc, etc.

• Your diet soda or diet “food” product – here is a full list of side effects caused by the most common sweetener in the world. Pilots for example knows that they can never drink diet soda for example, since it will effect your eyesight and other functions in your brain. You should avoid it too.

• Watch this video of Jamie Oliver - talking about food ad a TED talk – and watch him unload a wheel barrel of sugar, that is the average sugar consumption for a child, from MILK alone and start thinking about  the foundation you build for your children, by the food choices they make or you make for them.
